Brand Manager

LOCATION: Nashville, TN

REPORTS TO:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and go-to- market (GTM) initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping Tomahawk Performance’s identity, driving growth, and connecting with our core audience of military, tactical, and performance-driven professionals. In addition to brand leadership, this position will oversee e-commerce strategy and execution, ensuring a seamless digital experience that drives engagement and conversion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.

  • Own GTM planning for new product launches, ensuring alignment with sales and product teams.

  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy.

  • Oversee content creation, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.

  • Lead e-commerce initiatives, including site optimization, merchandising, and digital customer experience to maximize online sales performance.

  • Monitor and report on e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rates, AOV, and traffic sources.

  • Manage marketing budget and report on ROI for campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in performance gear, tactical, or outdoor industries.

  • Proven experience developing GTM strategies and executing product launches.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, analytics tools, and e-commerce best practices.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
